The new City of Arts and Sciences must count as one of the new wonders of the world. Where else can you find a world-class science museum, an IMAX cinema, an opera house to rival that of Sydney, and Europe's largest aquarium including walk-through underwater tunnels!

Valencia city itself also houses some superb museums and art centres as well as enough attractions to keep the most active tourists and visitors happy.

In addition to what Valencia city has to offer, the actual "comunidad" of Valencia consists of 3 provinces: Castellon, Valencia and Alicante; each with their own set of fiestas, attractions and places to visit.

Benicassim in Castellon, for example, hosts the annual FIB festival which, in 2005, hosted the likes of Oasis, The Cure and Keane amongst many others - a truly international-class rock festival!

Further south in Alicante there are countless tourist attractions installed for the healthy tourist trade for the Costa Blanca - from Terra Mitica to Aqualandia.
